You are entitled to initiate a cancellation request within the initial 24 hours of your purchase, and upon doing so, you will be eligible for a complete refund. This refund option applies exclusively in cases where the ordered documents have not yet been delivered. If, however, you have already received the document(s), a refund will only be considered under specific circumstances, such as in the event of an incorrect document or if the service could not be satisfactorily provided.

We do not currently offer a land map search service, we are hoping to bring this service online soon.

Your documents will be delivered within 4 hours when ordered within our business hours of 9am-6pm. If you require your order urgently you can use our 15 minute express option by selecting the link on your confirmation email.

As a new business we do not currently meet the turnover requirements for VAT registration, as a result we do not charge VAT on our services, as we are not VAT registered, we are unable to provide a VAT receipt.

You can opt to recieve an offical postal copy of your document, this option is available on your search application form with an added cost of £9, this cost covers all documents within the order.

We are a UK registered business, ICO registered and fully compliant with GDPR, all data is handled responsibly and within the law, all application data is stored on secured servers based in the UK and the USA. In the case of a cancellation, all application data is removed from our servers. Data is never shared with any third party other than the HM Land Registry
